Shipping

Free, on every order

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. No minimum, no threshold, nothing added at checkout.

How long it takes

Your order ships within 2 weeks, then arrives in 5–9 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally take longer, and we will tell you if yours is running late rather than leaving you to wonder.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has been more than two business days since then and nothing has arrived, check your spam folder, then email us.

If it is late

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. A parcel that goes missing is our problem, not yours.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Spot a mistake? Email us immediately and we can usually fix it before it ships. Once a parcel has gone to a wrong address we cannot recall it, though we will help you chase the carrier.

Where we ship

We currently ship only within the United States. If you are elsewhere and want our 2-in-1 oil, email us. We would like to know there is demand.
