These terms apply when you visit or buy from our store at yukaripets.com. Yukari Pets ("we", "us") is a small pet wellness business based in Ontario, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, and they do not reduce any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Orders
After you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. If we can't fill an order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and shipping to the United States is free. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details. If we list a price in error, we'll contact you before shipping and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Promotions and free gifts
Free gifts and discount codes are offered while stock lasts and have no cash value. Any conditions that apply are shown with the offer.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Using our products safely
- Brain + Joint Care is made for senior dogs. Give it as directed on the label, starting with a smaller serving and building up over about two weeks.
- Brain + Joint Care contains MCT oil and fish or algal oil, which add calories. Reduce your dog's usual food by about a tenth to keep their weight steady.
- Store the bottle in a cool, dark place, away from the stove and dishwasher. Once it's open, the fridge keeps it freshest. If it ever smells sharp or off, stop using it and contact us.
- If your dog takes medication, has a health condition, or is pregnant or nursing, check with your vet before adding any supplement.
- Use the harness, feeder and brush as described on their product pages, and supervise your dog the first few times.
- Our products, and everything we publish on our website, in emails and on social media, are general information, not veterinary advice. If you're worried about your dog's health or behaviour, talk to your vet.
Reviews and content you share
If you send us a review, photo or video, you allow us to show it on our website and in our marketing. We will never edit your words or present your review as something it isn't. We'll always ask before using anything you've posted on your own social media.
Our content
The text, photos, videos, designs, and the Yukari Pets name and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.
Liability
We stand behind our products through our guarantee and policies. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or any other consumer protection law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
